Etude House Tint Mint & Ultra Green Swatches

Happy Morning dear readers! I still can't seem to find the right balance between days when I should be swatching and days when I would love to share nail art ideas. I guess it's no surprise how the latter outweighs the former. Hehe!! But I'd try to share whenever I am in the mood of swatching. :P

Lacqueerisa: Etude House Tint Mint
First up, Etude House Tint Mint. I picked up this colour because I've been really loving China Glaze For Audrey and I was going to set out to buy For Audrey when I saw this shade. I thought this was rather similar and a cheaper alternative. Since I do not own CG For Audrey, I can't provide you with a comparison. But! Emily from Very Emily, did have a brief comparison of these two (and among many others!). Yeap, pop over to check it out! :)

Lacqueerisa: Etude House Tint Mint

Etude House Tint Mint is from Etude House Dear My Deep Colours Collection. It's a dusty-minty-blue shade. In my opinion, it's a beautiful colour to wear whether on it's own or with nail arts! :) On my nails are two very easy and fuss-free coats (no topcoat). It has a wide brush which gives very nice, smooth and flawless coverage. I think it's a crelly finish, as it is opaque in two coats and dries to a nice glossy shine.

Definitely one of my happy buys, since I'm super satisfied with not just the colour, but the formula too. So if you are looking for a cheaper alternative for CG For Audrey, you might wanna consider picking this one up. Provided of course, if Etude House is very available in your area. :)

Lacqueerisa: Etude House Ultra Green

Etude House Ultra Green is from Etude House's Dear My Neon Pop collection. I got this shade somewhere December last year. Hahaha, yes.. it's been a while. I have been actively using this shade in nail arts though. Been procrastinating on the swatch until now. Lols!

Despite being from a neon collection, I don't think this is a neon. It is more of a faded teal colour instead. After swatching it, I realised how close the shade is with Etude House GR601 but yeap, not a neon. Even Etude House GR601 is much brighter compared to this one.

No matter what, this is a very pretty teal shade. I think I can pretty much conclude how teal-prone I am. hahaha!! So many in my collection already! Which is why I will be controlling my expenditure on teal shades from now on. Back to the polish, this is also a crelly finish. Etude House Ultra Green gives a very nice glossy shine. On my nails are just two also very easy and fuss-free coats. Gotta love that smooth application experience! :)

Overall, I think these collections are worthy buys. The formula is awesome and application is fuss-proofed. They are generally two coaters unless you have painted them super thinly, then they could be three coater. Considering the smooth application experience, I don't think anyone would mind a third coat. Hahaha!! Yes, I actually found it fun applying these since they are so easy to work with :P They have many more colours to choose from. If I don't already have so many basic colours in my stash, I wouldn't mind stopping by and buying more from these collections.

And that is all for now. Till my next post! :)
