Just A Little Grey

Good Morning everyone! Its a cloudy morning here so I'm feeling a little grey. Nah, not in the bad way, but those quiet wonderful mornings sort of grey feeling. Unfortunately, it isn't as chilly as I hoped. Its still hot, despite the clouds and I'm sweating right after bath. Yeap, crazy weather. Alright, back to topic. Just simple grey gradient nails to share. The colours are inspired by a clock I saw in etsy.

Nail polishes used : Sasatinnie (FCGY001), BeauKiss (12), Etude House (CBK801)

As you can see, I've trimmed down my nails. They were at quite a good length for nail art. But I just have to trimmed them, long nails kinda bothers me. Do they bother you too? I find it rather inconvenient having long nails.. So I'm planning to keep them around this length or just slightly longer. And before I forget, below is the picture of the clock that inspired me:

Beautiful isn't it? I kinda dig simple clock designs. They are aesthetically pleasing. I would prefer with numbers though, if I'm looking for a real clock ;) I must clarify here, this clock image does not belong to me, click the image and it'll bring you to its original source.

On a side note: Who remembers that I mentioned Lydia's Nails is planning a Butter London Giveaway to her readers? Well, its live! Hop on over to Lydia's Nails for a chance to win some Butter London Nail Polishes!

    1. Thank you! I used some of my smeary top coats to aid in smoothing the gradients (looks like they come in handy too ;P ) I think doing it while the polishes is still freshly sponge on helps. ;)
