Nail polishes used : Sasatinnie (FCGY001), BeauKiss (12), Etude House (CBK801)
As you can see, I've trimmed down my nails. They were at quite a good length for nail art. But I just have to trimmed them, long nails kinda bothers me. Do they bother you too? I find it rather inconvenient having long nails.. So I'm planning to keep them around this length or just slightly longer. And before I forget, below is the picture of the clock that inspired me:
Beautiful isn't it? I kinda dig simple clock designs. They are aesthetically pleasing. I would prefer with numbers though, if I'm looking for a real clock ;) I must clarify here, this clock image does not belong to me, click the image and it'll bring you to its original source.
On a side note: Who remembers that I mentioned Lydia's Nails is planning a Butter London Giveaway to her readers? Well, its live! Hop on over to Lydia's Nails for a chance to win some Butter London Nail Polishes!
I really like the gradient! & I like your nails that length
ReplyDeleteThank you, and thanks for liking the nail length hmm, I guess I prefer them slightly longer :D
DeleteI like the color combo of your gradient
ReplyDeleteThanks! Happy to hear that as I love this colour combination as well. :D
DeleteThat a very well done gradient and that clock is so aesthetically pleasing (though I'm sure I'd be confused having to read it haha)
ReplyDeleteThank you! Haha! I totally agree with you! I'd be confused too should I refer to it should I need to know the time. Its still such a great piece to decorate a space! :D
DeleteSuch a pretty combination!! I don't like to keep my nails too long either, though they don't grow that long anyways :P
ReplyDeleteThank you! Yeah, I prefer them just right. Easier get things done. Haha!! I'm guessing that's because you kept them trimmed (or filed down) XD hahaha!!
DeleteWow I really love the colors you used for this gradient and that's so awesome that you were able to translate your inspiration so well onto your nails!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I guess it would have been better if I could pull off the "hands of the clock" as well. My right hand wasn't feeling steady today. hahaha had to leave those out.
DeleteI love the gradient design, its so pretty and perfect for Autumn! Also I mentioned you in my Summer Favourites post on my blog http://www.colouratyourfingertips.blogspot.co.uk/2012/09/summer-favourites-tag.html
ReplyDeleteThank you! Yes, I thought so too! Also, thanks for tag! Really appreciate it :D
Deletethis looks great. i am determined to master the gradient design!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I used some of my smeary top coats to aid in smoothing the gradients (looks like they come in handy too ;P ) I think doing it while the polishes is still freshly sponge on helps. ;)
